Group Spanish Classes

Registration is currently open and will close on September 16th. Classes start the week of September 23rd and will end the week of November 11th, 2019.

Our classes are:

  • 8-week sessions, 1 day per week, 2 hours per class
  • Classes take place in the evenings, from 6-8 p.m. Please see our schedule below for dates.

Class Descriptions:

Introduction to Spanish: Asking Questions, Negative Sentences, Class, Numbers, Time, Adjectives
Vocabulary – Family
Verbs – -AR/ER verbs

Elementary Spanish 1: Possessive Adjectives
Vocabulary – Food, Home, Professions, Weather, Seasons, Days and Months
Verbs – Ser/Estar, Tener/Hacer/Gustar, -IR verbs

Elementary Spanish 2: Prepositions, Preterit Tense
Vocabulary – Countries, Nationalities and Languages
Verbs – Pensar/Poder/Decir, -IR verbs, Additional verbs

Conversation Class: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate. Topics will vary based on current events and students’ responses on Interest Profile forms.
