Schedule a Foreign or Sign Language Interpreter
Foreign and Sign Language interpreting assignments are filled on a Pre-scheduled, Emergency or Over-the-Phone basis.
A Pre-scheduled assignment is a request with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Please have the following information ready when you place your request:
- Name of individual or company requesting the service
- Appointment date and time
- Appointment location, including the full address (If you request an over-the-phone interpreter, please call us at 800-445-4440 during regular business hours)
- Name of client/patient for whom interpreting services are needed
- Language and type of service needed (for example, consecutive or simultaneous foreign language interpreting, American Sign Language, etc.)

Online requests utilize extensive interpreting scheduling technology that allows ILC’s clients one-click access to request, cancel, update and view assignment details in real time. No-shows and cancellations: Please note that any interpreting request that is not cancelled prior to 24 hours before the requested service will be subject to the agreed-upon charge, including for clients/patients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment.
